POH+W Architects recently completed the interior renovation of Raines Feldman Littrell, LLP’s new office on the 15th floor of 11 Stanwix Street in downtown Pittsburgh. The growing full-service business law firm envisioned a workplace that reflects its culture while supporting future growth and delivering a high level of service to its clients.
The design organizes the office around a thoughtful mix of private offices, meeting spaces, and open areas that encourage collaboration while still allowing for focused work. A refined material palette, including custom millwork and expansive glass, creates a bright and contemporary environment. The space is further enhanced by panoramic views of downtown Pittsburgh, with sightlines to Acrisure Stadium, Point State Park, and the Fort Pitt Bridge.
A large, open gathering area provides flexibility for hosting clients and firm events, supported by a dedicated prep kitchen that allows for efficient service and ease of use. Careful planning and access to natural light shape a workplace that is both functional and welcoming, creating a strong and lasting impression for visitors while supporting the daily needs of the team.
