POH+W Architects led the design of Phase II of Gainesville 85 Business Center, completing the Class A industrial campus with Buildings 1850 and 1800. Strategically located along the I-985 corridor in Northeast Atlanta, the two facilities total more than 326,000 square feet and are designed to support modern distribution operations with dedicated office space, extensive dock access, and drive-in doors.
Concept Design Sketch:
The 126,360-SF facility includes 3,027-SF of office space, 38 dock doors, and two drive-in doors, while the 199,680-SF facility provides 2,400-SF of office space, 43 dock doors, and two drive-in doors.
