POH+W Architects designed the most advanced and expansive Lexus dealership in the Pittsburgh region. The187,000-SF dealership located in Washington County, PA, sets a new benchmark for delivering an elevated luxury customer experience.

The design met the dealership’s needs to showcase 350+ vehicles, with an exceptional level of selection and convenience including vehicle service and maintenance. Its large scale supports dedicated zones from generous showroom areas to refined lounges and delivery spaces.

The design integrates the main building into a structured parking deck to achieve the desired inventory capacity, utilizing a network of interconnected ramps and exterior access points to ensure seamless circulation for customers, team members, and vehicles throughout the facility.

Recognizing that everyone values comfort differently, the dealership offers two thoughtfully designed lounge experiences that cater to a variety of needs and preferences. The main showroom-level lounge provides easy access and convenience for shorter visits, while the upper-level lounge offers a more private retreat away from the main showroom activity.

A graceful spiral staircase connects the two spaces enhancing architectural elegance and continuity throughout the showroom. Both lounges feature comfortable seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an array of thoughtful details designed to make every visit relaxing and enjoyable. A premium café offers gourmet snacks and beverages, and family-friendly amenities include a playroom and game area for children.

The dealership’s distinctive atmosphere included four large freestanding aquariums positioned behind the reception area, are home to exotic aquatic species including tropical fish and electric eels. A dramatic living plant wall composed of hundreds of lush, thriving plants form a serene environmental feature enhancing the visual environment while continuously purifying the air, resulting in a space that feels both premium and rejuvenating.
