POH+W Architects designed this 150,000-SF manufacturing facility in Montgomery, Alabama, for JU-YOUNG Mechatronics Co. LTD, a manufacturer and supplier of high-quality interior automotive components. The facility accommodates manufacturing, assembly, production, warehousing, and material storage, along with 6,261-SF of office space featuring four private offices and an open office area for cubicles. Nine dock doors and two drive-in doors support shipping, receiving, and material handling, with space planned for 18 additional dock doors to accommodate future growth.
