POH+W Architects collaborated with the Police Chief and leadership team to develop an overall campus design that includes a police headquarters, auxiliary and satellite buildings, and a future community center.

 

Police Headquarters

The police headquarters is a two-story facility totaling 41,272-SF and includes a community room with seating for approximately 70 people, evidence storage, multiple departments including CSI and a dedicated CSI garage, as well as a holding area with a sally port.

Auxiliary Building

The auxiliary building encompasses 13,593-SF and houses key functions such as SWAT, CID, TES, tactics training, a pistol range, and a simulator room.

Satellite Building

The satellite building totals 16,126-SF and is designed in two phases, with Phase 1 comprising 7,860-SF and Phase 2 adding 8,266-SF. Phase 1 includes ten K9 kennels with support rooms, an indoor dog training area, a vehicle garage, and both large and small vehicle storage, while Phase 2 will feature an agility course and a fitness area.
