Carmax Burbank Parking Deck

POH+W Architects designed this 35,000-SF elevated structure to function as both a parking deck and the roof for the business office, training and break rooms, buyer’s offices, and support spaces below. The deck also incorporates non-public functions, including the Service Building and Car Wash, maximizing site efficiency while preserving prime areas for customer parking and vehicle display.

Access to the elevated deck is secured at the first level after service writers receive customer vehicles, ensuring controlled circulation and a clear separation between customer and operational zones.
