The design responds to strict local architectural conventions requiring the parking structure to be fully integrated into the overall building. The structure features two elevated decks totaling 100,000 square feet. The lower level accommodates 125 covered customer parking spaces, while the upper level provides 164 spaces dedicated to vehicle display.
Independent ramp systems serve each deck, maintaining clear separation between customer parking and display circulation. A centrally located elevator and enclosed stair tower anchor the primary elevation, visually unifying the structure while providing direct, convenient access into the showroom.
