POH+W Architects, LTD is excited to invite an experienced full-time Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team in our Pittsburgh office. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is capable of leading projects from initial concept through construction. The work will span a range of project types across our diverse commercial portfolio which includes automotive, industrial, mission critical, mixed use, retail, office/interiors, and higher education sectors.

The successful Candidate will have:

• 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership and delegation.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in standard architectural software platforms (Revit preferred).
• Ability to work well with multiple teams on multiple projects at one time.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited Architecture School is required.
• Registration is not necessary, but preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

In this new role, the Candidate will:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously through all phases of design and construction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal team members.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and specialty consultants.
• Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for project deliverables.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and proactive communication across all project stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior staff.
• Prepare compelling presentations showcasing selected interior spaces and finishes to inform clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring ongoing satisfaction and collaboration.
• Maintain and improve overall quality of project deliverables.
